The 867 platform

One platform for many materials and operations

The 867 uses bottom feed, needle feed and alternating feet together. The layers move evenly without shifting, including when material thickness changes or the seam crosses bulky areas. A 335 × 125 mm working clearance and a slim head make large workpieces easier to handle.

The class covers basic ECO machines, automated Silverline and Goldline versions, automotive KFA configurations, 700 mm long-arm machines and a special twin-needle version with disconnectable needle bars.

Basic universal operations

For a stable range of products where manual backtacking, foot lift and thread cutting are acceptable. The simplest and most economical entry into the 867 platform.

02 · CLASSIC SILVERLINE

Serial production with basic automation

Automatic thread trimming, backtacking and presser-foot lift reduce auxiliary time. Choose it when the operator repeats the same operation throughout the shift.

03 · CLASSIC GOLDLINE

Changing thickness and seam parameters

Adds a second stitch length and thread tension, quick stroke adjustment, LED light and maintenance indicator. Best for complex products with transitions between different materials and seam sections.

04 · CLASSIC KFA

Automotive seats and process reliability

A short thread trimmer leaves about 5 mm, the thread nipper keeps the seam start clean, and lockable controls prevent accidental changes. Optional NSB minimizes thread on the underside at seam start.

Large-area workpieces

The 700 mm arm provides room for bulky covers, upholstery, technical products and large panels. ECO and CLASSIC versions are available with one or two needles and L or XXL hooks.

Each subclass is available with different sewing kits, needle gauges, guides and attachments; the catalog therefore contains multiple configurations of the same base machine.

Perfect twin-needle corners

The operator activates or deactivates either needle bar from the keypad. The machine continues along the inner or outer line through the turn, preventing crossed stitches. Available needle gauges include 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm depending on the sewing kit.
